The inSided HQ community will be based on the principles of practice, place and action.

Community goals

Socialize: To provide an informal and welcoming gathering place for social activities amongst colleagues.

Conversate

To provide a stage for discussions regarding everything inSided.

Innovate

To innovate, test and refine our community and product strategy.

Showcase

To familiarize all team members with the nuts and bolts of the inSided platform.

Moderation policy

1. We will each register only one account per person, linked to our inSided email address

2. We’ll allow everyone to contribute by using only English as the language of our conversations.

3. We see the HQ as a platform for socializing, innovating and showcasing, which also means refraining ourselves from sharing factual information, documentation or reports concerning procedures, product, technical, teams or customers that are better suited for Confluence, JIRA and our Support Desk.

4. We’ll take good care of our HQ by keeping it neat and appealing, meaning we should create dummy accounts or content somewhere else, for example on MeetInSided.

5. We welcome constructively founded discussions, which may be critical in tone as long they keep from personal accusations or name calling.

6. We want to use HQ to have fun and make fun of ourselves, but we don’t gossip about (ex-) colleagues or customers.

We will discuss any questions, suggestions or concerns about HQ with Daniel (Skype “vargas.daniel”), who will moderate the HQ on our behalf.
